Open air life, simplicity, respect for the environment and for nature’s paces.
We base the hospitality at Case Zucchi on these pillars with the will to share them with our guests, a research of calm and peace that we need and wish to transmit.
This particular attention involves every part of life at Case Zucchi: helpfulness at the reception, the products offered to our guests that we bring on breakfast tables, waste reduction and the selection of materials used for stable’s requalification, carefully selected to avoid any possible use of plastics.
AGRITURISMO IN AN ANCIENT FARMHOUSE
The building that now hosts Case Zucchi was previously composed by two wide stables for livestock, with an additional barn and tool shelters.
In the renovation project we decided to include a mezzanine level, to take all the advantage of the considerable height, and obtained nine guests rooms, besides the common spaces.
The two areas obtained from the stable are now our reception and an educational room, set up with old work tools used in ancient days for working in the countryside, that can be used for meetings as it is equipped for audio-video projection.
Furthermore, a wide area of the ground floor is occupied by the breakfast room, the kitchen and lab rooms, and a small shop, where our guests will be able to buy honey from our bees and other homemade products, coming from the fields that surround us.
At first floor there is a lounge zone at our guests’ disposal, where is possible to find a mini refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine and a kettle for tea and herbal infusions.
The breakfast area overlooks the wide green garden that includes the swimming pool with relax and refreshment zones. For guests travelling with animals, a pet corner with a small fountain and dog bowls will be at disposal.
